Want to have your custom stickers or labels printed with the color all the way to the edge? Or would you like to accent your design and add a white border? Custom Sticker Makers will never charge you extra to print your stickers with a bleed!

White Border

If you are selecting a 1/8” white border, please make sure you take this into account when creating your file. The dimensions of your artwork can change if the file is not set up with a white border, and we add one for you. If you select a white border for your stickers, and the artwork is a rectangle or an oval without the white border added, the stickers may not be able to be the size that you order. Please add the white border to your dimensions before placing your order. This will cause delays in production time if we have to contact you to re-size the artwork.

Making a sticker with a proportionate white border is easy! Just follow the steps below:

  • Size your document depending on how big (or small) you want your final sticker to be

  • Add 1/4" to each dimension (1/8" all the way around)

  • Reduce your document to the largest dimension you want your sticker to be. (your other dimension will vary slightly from it's original size)

  • Check your final dimensions. These will be the dimensions of your final custom sticker with a white border.

  • Submit your order with your final height and width dimensions on our easy online order form!

Bleed

Designs in which the artwork covers the entire final printed sticker require a bleed. Bleed is extra room outside the cut line to account for a slight margin of error. We require a 1/16” bleed outside the cut line for any design that bleeds.

How to add a bleed to your custom sticker

  • Size your document depending on how big (or small) you want your final sticker to be

  • Add 1/8" to each dimension (1/16" all the way around) past your final cut size

  • Save your file and upload it to our easy online order form!

Cut Line

The cut line is the exact dimensions of you final printed sticker. All pertinent artwork should fall at least 1/8” inside the cut line. We will make the cut line based on the size you tell us you want your sticker to be.
