Cutting Options For Your Custom Stickers

Custom Sticker Makers offers different ways you can choose to have your stickers cut. Below you will find information on the different types of cuts that are available

Standard Cut

The standard cut is where we cut through both the vinyl, and the liner and you receive your stickers shrink wrapped in stacks. The standard cut is used for any sticker that is is a circle, square, oval,rectangle or custom die cut. Small stickers can also be cut out.

Custom Die Cut

The custom die cut is where we cut your stickers in a unique shape, around your logo or design. Custom Sticker Makers only charges a one time $25 set up fee for all custom die cut shapes. Any size of custom sticker can be custom die cut.

Kiss cut

Kiss cut simply means that we cut through the vinyl, but not the liner, and your stickers come on sheets as opposed to individually cut out. We can kiss cut any shape, including custom die cut designs. Most kiss cut stickers are small stickers and labels that will be used for direct applications. The kiss cut option is only available for small stickers or labels that are 4 square inches or less. Kiss cut stickers are trimmed down into sheets approx. 8.5" x 11"

Double Cut

The double cut is where we kiss cut your sticker, and then cut out a slightly larger piece of vinyl around the kiss cut design. The double cut can be used for single designs, or multiple designs per double cut sheet.

Double cut sticker sheets can have multiple designs per sheet, multiple stickers of the same design per sheet, or even just one sticker per double cut sheet.

When placing your double cut custom sticker order, make sure you enter the final sheet size, height x width, as your double cut sticker dimensions.

When ordering double cut stickers with multiple designs per sheet, please set up your artwork as one file, at the final sheet size you will be ordering.
